You know that cosmetic compa<\/strong>nies do not usually accept refunds. However, we want to provide you with a superb customer service.<\/p>

For unopened products there is a 15-Day<\/strong> return policy. However you will be deducted 10% of product price for re-stocking fee and shipping fee will not be refunded.<\/p>

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can receive a refund for all unopened products you return. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping + a 10% re-stocking fee. Please return unopened products within 15 days of your purchase. Products returned after 15 days will not receive a refund.<\/p>

To comply with credit card companies\u2019 Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), credit transactions must be submitted within 90 days of the original transaction.<\/p>

If you order more than 1 product and return part of your order, you will be charged for the unreturned product(s) at the price normally charged for the product(s).<\/p>

Order Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
This includes multiple submissions of the same order where your credit card is charged more than once. You will be charged 3% of the product price. When you cancel an order, we are still charged a fee. We will credit your credit card the order amount minus 3% of the product price. If your order has already been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.<\/p>
